Sources at WTXF say "Good Day Philadelphia" co-host Mike Jerrick will become the latest Fox personality to say "good day" to Philadelphia, with his probable destination the Fox News Channel in New York. Jerrick would follow Bill Wine, Rich Noonan, Donya Archer and Jill Chernekoff out the door since news director Scott Matthews took charge over a year ago.

The wisecracking Jerrick, who joined the station in 1999, helped lead "Good Day" to ratings victories over "The CBS Early Show" on KYW the last two ratings periods. WTXF vice president and general manager Roger Lamay said the station would love to keep Jerrick, whose contract with the station expires in September.

Jerrick, who is on vacation this week, could not be reached for comment. If he ends up in New York where Fox News Channel is headquartered, he'll be reunited with former partner Donya Archer, who moved there a few months ago to be in the same town as her fiance, whom she is marrying in a few weeks. As for news director Matthews, it looks like he is living up to his reputation for "cleaning house." Just call him "Mr. Merry Maid."
