November sweeps, which began on Thursday, will roll out a bunch of specials, guest stars and other surprises through November 29.

The third installment of “Dancing with the Stars” gets its last dance November 15 on ABC.  It will definitely be an all-guy final as Mario Lopez, Joey Lawrence, and Emmitt Smith are the final three celebrities.  If that’s not enough for you, the first ever “Dancing with the Stars” tour featuring Lisa Rinna, Harry Hamlin, Joey McEntire, Willa Ford, and others commences in a few weeks.

“Lost” gets lost until February following tomorrow night’s show.  I don’t know if its replacement, “Day Break” with Taye Diggs will be as good, but it has a great promo.

Christian Slater will guest star on “My Name is Earl” on NBC, Kiefer Sutherland visits “The Simpsons” on Fox, you’ll see more of Jay Mohr on “Ghost Whisperer” on CBS, Roger Daltry of the Who visits “CSI” on CBS, Alaska native Jewel visits “Men in Trees” on ABC, and add Kathy Najimy to “Numbers” on CBS.

Madonna’s “Confessions” tour makes a stop on NBC November 22.

Barbara Walters needs two nights to cover “30 Mistakes in 30 Years (“The View” could take up an entire night) on November 16 and 17 on ABC.

Even the NFL gets into the game by starting flexible scheduling to put the best NFL games of the week on NBC’s “Sunday Night Football.”

The new games shows “Show Me the Money” (ABC) and “The Rich List” (Fox join “1 vs. 100” and “Deal or No Deal” on the prime time schedule.

NBC’s medium-sized hit “Medium” returns November 15.

The “O.C.” is back for its fourth and probably final season on Fox.
