Newtown resident and former NBC10 anchor Lisa Mishler gave birth to her third child, Olivia Waltzer at the end of August.  Olivia joins sister Alexis, 4, and brother Chase, 20 months.

The fourth annual “Arthur Fennell and Kenny Gamble Celebrity Billiards Championship” cues up Friday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Downtown Marriott in Philadelphia.
